I am going to be starting tomorrow. I want to lose 50 pounds or more. I know I can do it. I plan on watching what I eat and even exercising. I'm going to do sets of sit ups everyday and take a walk every night with my daughter. And some other exercises. I want to be able to get a bike soon because I would love to bike instead. I'm going to some research online and see what dieting tips will help me and work the most for me. I downloaded a free book to my IPhone called "Lose Weight Without Dieting. I'm going to be reading this book along the way. :) I wont post everyday but will post maybe once or twice a week. My motivation is to feel better about myself. The world today is so bias about over weight people even if they aren't even that heavy. Well all I can say is: LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN.
